On Saturday, October 11 at 8pm, the BPO will return to the historic Sorg Opera House to present a live orchestral performance accompanying the 1925 silent film The Phantom of the Opera, starring Lon Chaney.

This event follows last year’s spectacular event with Nosferatu and promises another unforgettable evening, featuring Carl Davis’s spectacular score.

Thanks to this grant, we are pleased to offer:

  • Free admission for students in grades 3–12 (public, private, or homeschool) with a parent/guardian. You can get your tickets by clicking the link below and selected “FAMILY” in the dropdowns options as you process your ticket order. 






  • Free morning masterclass and rehearsal preview (9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., October 11) open to all area students, led by BPO members Dr. Scott Woodard, Lisa Black, Vincent Phelan, Corey Hall, Emerson Wynn, and Josh Omaits.
